NileDutch recently reviewed its BAF levels and wishes to inform all customers that the BAF for containerized cargo will be adjusted to the following levels:

New levels will take effect as from the 1st of August 2010. First effective vessels are NileDutch Shenzhen 082 (SAWA) and NileDutch Hong Kong 325W (SWAX).

22.07.2010BAF - Far East to South and West Africa Services (FEWA & SWAX)

NileDutch wish to inform all customers that the BAF will be revised as from the 1st of August 2010 as follows:

The new BAF levels will take effect as from mv City of Beijing / 084 (FEWA, eta Xingang 2/8, and mv City of Shanghai / 327 (SWAX, eta Shanghai 8/8).

General Rate Restoration

NileDutch herewith announce a general rate increase (GRI) on our services from the Far East to South- and West Africa per 15th of June 2010. The rate restoration is necessary to continue to operate our services with the high level of quality needed by our valued customers, and will be applied as follows:

13.04.2010West Europe to West Africa (WEWA)

NileDutch recently reviewed its BAF levels and wishes to inform all customers that the BAF for containerized cargo will be adjusted to the following levels:

New levels will take effect as from the 1st of May 2010 and are valid up to the 30rd of June 2010.
Levels are also applicable on the East Mediterranean rates.

18.02.2010Congestion Surcharge Luanda/Lobito/Namibe

After reviewing the congestion situation in West African ports, NileDutch wishes to inform all customers that as from the 1st of March 2010 for both containerized- and roro cargo following surcharges will no longer be applicable:

• Luanda Congestion Surcharge
• Lobito Congestion Surcharge
• Pointe Noire Congestion Surcharge

As a consequence of the increasing Angola port costs, NileDutch has decided to implement an additional port surcharge for containerized cargo to Angola. For the 4th quarter of 2009 the levels will be as follows:

NileDutch wish to inform all customers of the applicable level of CONGESTION SURCHARGES as from the 1st of April 2009:

As from April 1st the BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (BAF) for all destinations will be: USD 325 per TEU
The first effecting vessel will be mv Hansa Augustenburg /051 eta Singapore 11/4/2009.

13.03.2009Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) - ECSA / WAF Service

Please note that as of 1st of April 2009 the BAF for shipments between ECSA and WAF will decrease to US$ 430 per teu.

The first vessel on which the new level is applicable will be the NileDutch Kuito voy 067 eta Sao Francisco do Sul 12-04-2009.
