NOTICE TO THE TRADE

INTRODUCTION OF THE ADDITIONAL NAVIGATION FEE IN DRC

Following the Democratic Republique of Congo’s interministerial decree of March 9, 2015, NileDutch wishes to announce the introduction of the Additional Navigation Fee for Boma and Matadi.

As from June 1st, 2016, the fee will be collected from the consignee for all goods, based on the following rates:

1. Container: Euro 70/TEU

2. Vehicle: Euro 60/vehicle

3. Break-bulk: Euro 6/tonne or m3
