The Port of Kribi, one of the two main seaports in Cameroon, offers many advantages to our shippers and consignees and has developed into a competitive alternative to Douala.

The port of Douala is currently facing disruptions which result in an increase of operational costs. In this context NileDutch will implement for all shipments to Douala, departing on or after march 1st, 2020, the following Douala Congestion Surcharge (CNG):
- EUR 100 / TEU (all equipment types)
- USD 110 / TEU (all equipment types)
The Congestion Surcharge (CNG) comes in addition to any rate agreement and will be in force until further notification.
